Forbid Sending Spam or Any Other Spam-related Activity
Our Acceptable Use Policy forbids the sending of Spam, from anywhere. It forbids the selling of Spam support services, such as software, web hosting, E-mail hosting, or address lists, or the sale of any network services to spammers. Basically, it forbids our customers from being involved with Spam in any way.
Customers found to be in violation of this policy are informed of the violation, and we attempt to educate them. A second offense would result in the termination of our services.
We find that by making these terms clear up-front, we tend not to attract spammers as customers.
