Domain Name Services
Skyway West hosts the domain name(s) of all our Internet customers at no extra cost (excluding registration fees). We look after registering the name of your choice or transferring an existing name to our name server. We will also change your contact address and other information at your request. Our control panel allows you to add/delete/edit domain names or we do it for you.
The availability of a Canadian domain name (i.e., .ca, .bc.ca) can be checked at the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA). The availability of many other domain extensions (e.g., .com, .net, .org, .us, .bz, etc.) can be checked at Network Solutions. Or, email Skyway West and ask us to check a name for you.
Most domain names can be registered on line. If you choose to register your domain yourself please contact Skyway West for the correct name server addresses and technical contact data. We do not host domain names for which we are not the technical contact.
